Warmer weather, daffodils, longer days, patios, buds on the trees and vaccines.
Spring is here! I see many of you getting back into the swing of things and scheduling your Spring and Summer treatments. Nice work!
Why is it so important to receive regular facial treatments every 4-6 weeks?
When we are young and fresh-faced and our skin is supple and amazing, we certainly don’t really think about cellular turnover because it happens beautifully and naturally. Once we hit the age of 26, that process significantly slows. The average persons skin turn over rate at 26 years old is every 28 days, but by the age of 45 it’s slowed to more like 40 days. A regular facial helps to remove the loose debris and get down to the dense, firmly packed layer of skin underneath.
A facial is a multi-step, multi-purpose skin treatment including steam, face masks, exfoliation, extractions, cleansing, a face massage and a variety of serums and crèmes. Facials are always customized for you depending on your skin type and skin issues. Some are highly moisturizing, others are firming and restoring, while some focus on problem areas and certain skin conditions. No matter the type, all facials have some amazing benefits for your skin and soul.
By coming every 4-6 weeks for a facial service I can return your facial skin to a better, tighter state. A good skincare routine at home is crucial to this process, but the real tools or “boot camp” to effectively exfoliate your skin happen at Oleander Aesthetics.
I can't wait to treat you,
